Question
The small HVAC air outlet on the upper left IP side that blows air on the door glass rattles. I can put my hand on it to stop the rattling as long as I hold it. I put a small piece of plastic between it and the IP but didn’t help. It appears the grill snaps in. Any information on how to stop the rattle is appreciated.

Hello Mr. Henegar, is the grill clips broken ? They snap in and sometimes the clips will break as they get brittle from the sun. The other issues that newer cars have is the dash will warp. Let me know if either is the case. Thank you for the question.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I seen no warping of the dash nor any chips or disfiguration of the air vent grill.
