Hello Mr. McKinley, you can change the tire from a run flat to a regular tire, that will improve the ride quality, however, your car does not have a spare tire, therefore if you have a flat tire tha car will have to be towed. As far as the tire size that cannot be changed, it will affect different systems in the car such as the traction control that will make the car unsafe. Thank you for the question.
