One of the most anticipated events of the season, The Eighth Annual British, Italian and German (B.I.G.) European Sports and Collector Car Show, took place on March 1st at Jaycee Park in Cape Coral, Florida.
Visitors and exhibitors had the opportunity to view 104 registered cars on a beautiful spring Sunday morning. This year’s event was co-sponsored by Triumphs of Southwest Florida and the Italian Car Club. Dennis McKinley, President of TSWF was the Event Coordinator. Stan Dale, President FSC BMW CCA served as Master of Ceremony.
To make viewing easier than past events, cars were displayed across a wide area of the park separated in areas for British, Italian and German cars and further into classes by model. The event is one of the better, casual car shows that mark the spring calendar in southwest Florida.
The photos that follow speak for themselves and show the wide array of autos on display. The largest section was of British cars, mostly MGs, Triumph, Austin Healy and Jaguars.
The photos show just a small example of some of these fine automobiles.
The Italian section featured this beautiful 1992 Ferrari for sale…causing a lot of attention.
The German Section comprised of early and late model Porsche, VW and a large contingency of BMW’s.
