Gil,
I have tracked my 2017 M2 at Sebring 30+ days. I have been using Stoptech two piece rotors on the front with Hawk DTC-60 pads. I use the OEM calipers. Based on a paint heat test, peak temps on the rotors are about 1100 F.
The problem is that Stoptech no longer makes these great front rotors that fit with OEM calipers.
Can you recommend a good trackable rotor that fits with OEM calipers?
Sick Sideways Racing is helping me here in Sebring where I live but we arr drawing blanks so far.

Hello Mr. Uselton, I checked around and Stoptech does still make them, for some reason they do not list them on their website anymore. Contact HP Autosport Inc at 805-892-2000 or their website at hpashop.com to order them, they told me that they have them available and just sold a set.
